AKC Standard Poodle Parents
Performance Working Standard Poodles require the foundation of good health, steady temperaments, athletic conformation with color as icing! Our parent poodles receive obedience, handling and some herding training. They work on our ranch since we believe happy poodles are working poodles with jobs.
Our Standard Poodle puppies are all from AKC REGISTERED Parents. Puppies are placed as pet only. Excellent lines (TORBEC, LITILANN, PALMARES, SHANGRI-LA, MAJESTIC) with champion backgrounds for the larger Standard Poodles and imported European bloodlines for the moyen caniche or klein pudels. They excel as Hunting, Therapy, Service, Medical Alert, Tracking, or Gun Dogs.
All our Standards have the most outstanding temperaments you could ask for in a poodle. Also, all are strongly built (no frou frou dogs here!) and have gorgeous curly coats. They are clear for neonatal encephalopathy, Von Willebrand's Disease, and PRA directly or thru parentage. Health testing includes the latest in genetic testing with the U.C. Davis poodle genome health diversity study headed by Dr. Niel Pedersen plus diagnostic health testing such as CERF.
